Lawrence & Rebecca's Big Parade!

Jude, Gary and I had the pleasure of Photographing Lawrence and Rebecca's Wedding on Saturday.  Now I can only say what a day.  I've had some brilliant weddings, not least Lawrences' sister Sheenagh.  This one was one where I have rarely laughed as much.  I think they can dine out on the stories from this one for a while.  Everything was going swimmingly until Rebecca was delayed by a Royal Black Preceptory parade that was supposed to have passed the church at 11:00am.  Lawrences face was a picture in itself when the PSNI officer broke the news that there were 35 bands that had to pass.  Lawrence was hoping for 10 or so and we were 3 bands in at that stage.  He looks like a Sinn Fein councillor in the photo with the band passing but honestly two seconds before he was grinning so much I had to tell him to ditch the happiness, I wanted a front page photo for the Tele.  Hence the look you see below!  Both Lawrence and Rebecca had a real laugh about it.  They took it all in the best possible spirit.  Then we went walk about in the city and enjoyed the best of Belfast's black humour.   Rebecca was informed more than once that it was too late now!  Thanks for making it a laugh and taking it all in your stride.  We had a ball.
